Three Defenses Cultural Revolution Poster

This poster's imagery is stunning with the PLA soldier instructing the citizen militia to defend against nuclear, chemical and biological attack. The background shows one PLA soldier in a protective suit with gas mask, another in a suit with a first aid bag.

The campaign was known as the Three Defenses and the poster is appropriately titled, 'Three Defenses Educational Hanging Map' with this colorful poster as the cover.

There are a few creases as can been seen. It measures 53cm (21 inches) x 75cm (29.5 inches) and is from the early 1970's.
