Cultural Revolution Tea Tin

This is a fine example how small amounts of tea were stored for use at work or on a short trip. This tin has fantastic imagery of the Cultural Revolution and is a very unique item. It has remained in very good condition despite its age and use, with the notable exception of a portion of paint very purposely removed that almost certainly had an inscription by Lin Biao.

This tin is further more desirable due to the images of the soldier and workers holding aloft a copy of Mao's quotations, AND an image of a black African and Asian studying Mao's teachings. A truly awesome item!

The tin measures 2.75 inches square and 4 inches high.
