Cultural Revolution Tea Tin

This is a fine example how small amounts of tea were stored for use at work or on a short trip. This tin has remained in very good condition despite its age and use. The paint remains nearly completely intact with very few scratches.

Of special interest with this tin is the picture of the famous Chinese engineered bridge crossing the Yangtze River at Nanjing, built during the Cultural Revolution and a symbol to all Chinese.

The tin measures 11.5cm (4.5 inches) x 7.5 cm (3 inches).
